You did it....


you survived your first trip around the sun with your new little person. It's an exciting, but hard year, and you did it! It is one of my greatest pleasures to photograph each family milestone: maternity, newborn, birthdays, and more. Cake smash sessions are one of those sessions that makes everyone laugh. Every baby reacts to their first cake differently.

CAKE SMASH


No, literally. This little guy completely smashed his cake and enjoyed every second of it! His strawberry cake smelled so good, and he thought it was exceptional. At the end, he stomped his little feet into the cake, and I just had to capture those little iced toes.

She was unsure at first,


but after a few tastes of cake, she began to dig right in!
